A collection of Renaissance consort repertoire for 5 viols – Tr. Tr. T. B. B. (Also published with alternative clefs). This useful progressive book contains music within a similar standard and is an excellent resource and introduction to consort playing.
Consorts for 5 Book 1 also includes bowings and suggestions on how to write and improvise divisions. The last piece in the book is an arrangement by Jacqui Robertson-Wade of an Air by Turlough O`Carolan, the Irish composer and harpist.Now is the Month of Maying Thomas Morley, Galliard Giovanni Bassano, Pavana Lluis Del Mila , The Nightingale William Brade, M.
